We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Farm Hand to join our team. This position requires a well-rounded individual who is willing to assist with a wide variety of farm duties and understands that every task plays an important role in the success of the operation. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, takes initiative, maintains a positive attitude, and is willing to do whatever is needed to support daily farm activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general farm labor and maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Operate farm equipment, vehicles, and machinery safely and responsibly.
• Assist with planting, harvesting, feeding, fencing, mowing, and other seasonal farm activities.
• Maintain farm buildings, grounds, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, supplies, equipment, and products as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment and facilities.
• Follow all farm safety procedures and practices.
• Assist with special projects and any other duties necessary to support farm operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
• Previous farm, agricultural, landscaping, maintenance, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to operate tractors, trucks, trailers, and other farm equipment is a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and dust.
• Ability to safely operate farm equipment and vehicles.

Work Environment

This position involves working outdoors in a farm environment and may require occasional weekend, holiday, or seasonal overtime work. Flexibility and a willingness to assist wherever needed are essential.
